Hello, do you have a parking and how much is it?
We offer a limited number of parking spaces at the hotel. You have to register for them at the check-in, a reservation is not possible. We charge € 15,- per night and car. If our parking is full, we will show you alternative parking possibilites.

Hi, how far is the hotel away from the salburg train station? We are hoping to check in on 10th-12th April? Thanks
It's by bus approx. 15 minutes. Just take bus number 1 at the train station. The bus stop "Reichenhaller Straße" is right at the hotel. Due to corona pls buy the ticket before you enter the bus.
How fast is it from Salzburg airport? And do metros or train run over here?
The Airport is approx. 6 km from the hotel. You can easily reach us by bus nr. 10 direktion (bus direction "SAM") or by taxi (approx. 15 - 20 €). There is no train of metros within Salzburg.
Do you have laundry facilities on site?
We do not offer laundry facilities at the hotel. But there are laundry facilities in the city.

We do have a parking lot right at the hotel. The price is € 15 per night.

The Ukrainian refugee rate is available for all Ukrainians - a refugee status is not required, only a Ukrainian passport.

We only have single rooms with showers. If you want a bath you need to book a double room for single use.
